Covid-19

We require a 50% deposit to secure all appointments – 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

Upon making an appointment we ask for clients to fill out a Covid-19 screening questionnaire via email.

We ask that all clients wear a face mask during their visit and use the hand sanitiser provided. Temperature checks will be taken on arrival.

To operate our small business safely with additional PPE and lengthened appointment times to allow for deep cleaning, there will be a temporary fee of £3.50 to each appointment to cover these precautionary measures until restrictions are lifted. 

Gift vouchers that expired over our lockdown closed period will be extended by 6 months.

Please do not arrive to your appointment if:

  • You are waiting for the result of a test for coronavirus or you have tested positive for coronavirus – including anyone in your household

  • You have any symptoms of coronavirus. The main symptoms are: high temperature and a new, continuous cough, and/or loss of sense of smell or taste – including anyone in your household

 

Cancellation Policy & Deposits

We require a 50% deposit to secure all appointments – 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

24-hour cancellation policy – We understand that clients may need to change or cancel appointments, should you do so we ask for 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserve service amount. Cancellations for Tuesdays must be made before 4pm on Saturdays.

No shows will be fully charged at the reserve service amount.

Late arrivals will results in a reduced treatment time. If you are late and the therapist is unable to carry out your treatment for you at all, your appointment will be subject to our cancellation policy.

No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in treatments being deducted from your course.

 

Courses

Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Courses must be paid up front and must be used within the time stated.

IPL courses must be used within 15 months from the date of purchase.

IPL Laser treatment requires a patch test at least 1 week prior to your appointment. IPL treatment must be carried out within 6 months of having a patch test. Treatment will not be carried out if there are any changes to your skin since the patch test.

Facial courses must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.

No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in treatments being deducted from your course.

 

Gift Vouchers

 

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used for specialist treatments.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are required 24 hours prior to tinting and LVL Lash appointments.

IPL Laser treatment requires a patch test at least 1 week prior to your appointment. IPL treatment must be carried out within 6 months of having a patch test. Treatment will not be carried out if there are any changes to your skin since the patch test.

 

Specialist Treatments/Facial Aesthetics

 

A £50 consultation is required for new clients, which is redeemable against treatment – 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

 

Prices & Treatments

 

Our prices are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to change a treatment or course at any time.

If you change your treatment on the day, you will be charged for the treatments you receive which may differ from the services you booked.

 

Health Conditions & Pregnancy

 

Please notify us of any health conditions that may affect your choice of treatment including allergies, skin infections and injuries. New clients will be asked to fill out a consultation form and we request that any changes to your medical history are made known to us prior to treatment.

Please let us know if you are pregnant or breast feeding as it may affect your choice of treatment.

 

Retail Products

 

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on retail products unless faulty.
