During the last few months our lifestyles have had to adapt and change to the current global health situation and everyone will be affected in different ways. As day-to-day routines and everyday errands are being introduced slowly, we all still need to maintain a unified effort to protect each other's health and safety. We are now re-open for existing and new patients and we want to assure that we are going beyond our usual health and safety precautions and following government  guidelines to continue to protect our patients and members of staff.


The ways in which we work have adapted and listed below are a few examples:

  • COVID-19 screening questions are in place to ask clients 24 hours before they attend their appointment

  • Upon arrival at the salon, all clients are screened again before entering the salon. This will include a temperature check

  • We ask that all guests arrive alone and punctually. We are operating a locked door policy for the time being. Please do not arrive late. While we are working under coronavirus restrictions, we will not have the flexibility to accommodate late arrivals

  • We are limiting only 2 guests maximum at a time in the salon to maintain social distancing

  • As per government guidance, we will call each client prior to their appointment to request pre-payment. Where this is not possible to pay in advance, payment will be taken upon entry into the salon as we are operating one way system through the salon. We would prefer Apple Pay/Google Pay/ Samsung Pay or other contactless payments. Please refrain from using cash

  • If you would like to purchase products only, please email your requests to us and we will arrange payment and collection of the goods over the phone

  • Hand sanitiser is available on arrival and throughout the salon

  • Clients are to wear face masks or face coverings within the salon areas and on their journey to the salon

  • Before entering a treatment room, boxes are available for belongings which are decontaminated between each patient

  • All staff are trained in new PPE equipment procedures wearing disposable aprons, gloves, face masks and visors

  • Strict sanitising procedures are in place to thoroughly clean treatments rooms between each client and windows in each room will be open to increase air flow around the salon

  • We will be using disposable equipment in all treatments where possible.
